Educare Flint is more than a school—it’s a movement to redefine early childhood education and family engagement in the Flint community. 3Sixty Agency partnered with Educare to bring that mission to life through creative design and tangible brand experiences that extend beyond the classroom.
From family meal kits that feel like gifts to apparel that families are proud to wear, our work focused on one goal: turning everyday moments into expressions of dignity, connection, and community pride.
Our Approach
We began with a simple insight: meaningful engagement starts with how people feel. For Educare, every touchpoint—whether it’s a program, a package, or a T-shirt—should make families feel valued and included.
Our team worked closely with Educare’s leadership to translate that philosophy into tangible design. We reimagined the presentation of family meal kits, elevating them from basic distribution items to carefully curated experiences. Premium packaging, thoughtful design details, and personalized messaging turned each kit into a symbol of care rather than need—something families looked forward to receiving.
At the same time, we developed custom apparel for Educare’s Father Engagement Program—designed not as uniforms, but as statements of pride. The designs were intentionally modern, bold, and wearable beyond the program, allowing participants to feel seen, connected, and confident.
Empowerment begins with perception. When families feel that programs respect their dignity and identity, participation and community engagement naturally increase.
The Solution
The creative direction balanced contemporary design with community authenticity. We avoided institutional tones and instead leaned into warmth, confidence, and approachability. The branding work, colors, typography, and materials, was designed to reflect Educare’s belief in equity, empowerment, and excellence.
Each design decision was guided by the question: “Does this make families feel valued?” That lens informed every aspect of the campaign, from packaging texture to apparel style.
Results & Impact
The refreshed materials and program experiences helped Educare strengthen family participation and community awareness. Parents proudly wore their program apparel at events, and families consistently shared positive feedback about the redesigned meal kits.
The project reinforced Educare’s position as a leader not just in early education, but in redefining how institutions engage with families, with empathy, respect, and design excellence.
Educare’s story is one of transformation, from access to aspiration. Our role was to help express that through experiences families could feel, not just see.
