We've always found this question to be interesting because we're not really sure why this question always comes up.  We find that we have the staff to cover every strategic base while also small enough that every client still gets our full attention. We’re a focused, multi-disciplinary team of strategists, designers, writers, and digital specialists who collaborate closely. Anyway, the answer currently is 7.  You can meet our team here (and yes, we’re all real people, just not all of us love being on camera.)

Where are you located?

Our office is in downtown Flint, Michigan. It’s a place with grit, creativity, and a spirit that mirrors how we work. Most of our clients are in Michigan, the Midwest, and across the U.S.—though we’ve partnered with organizations from coast to coast (and occasionally beyond it).

How long have you been doing this?

Since 2003. We’ve seen the internet grow up—and we’ve grown up with it.
From the early days of static websites and banner ads to today’s AI-powered, data-driven marketing systems, we’ve evolved every step of the way while staying grounded in one principle: relationships drive results.

We’ve thrived through every market shift (including 2008), and we’re still growing stronger every year.

Who owns 3Sixty Agency?

We’re family-owned and leadership-driven by Dale and Dean Keipert—a father-and-son duo who balance experience and innovation. (And yes, we get asked that a lot. Dale’s the one with more wisdom; Dean’s the one who makes sure the wisdom stays relevant.)

We don’t have pre-set packages because every business has different needs. Once we understand your objectives, we’ll give you a realistic estimate. (And no, we don’t believe in surprise invoices either.)
