Great Lakes Bay Health Centers (GLBHC) provides accessible, compassionate care for thousands of patients across Michigan, helping individuals and families overcome health challenges and barriers to care. To showcase the real impact of their mission, GLBHC partnered with 3Sixty Agency to create an emotionally compelling video for their annual fundraising luncheon, an event designed to connect donors, community partners, and advocates to the heart of their work.

The video needed to do more than inform, it needed to move. It had to capture the organization’s spirit, highlight success stories, and inspire continued community investment.

Our Approach

We approached this project as both filmmakers and strategists. The goal was to create a narrative-driven piece that humanized healthcare through the voices of real patients, caregivers, and staff.

Our team worked closely with GLBHC leadership to identify stories that represented the breadth of their impact, from chronic illness management to community outreach and behavioral health services. Filming took place across multiple locations to authentically represent the diversity of both the patients and the communities served.

Every creative choice, from cinematography to music, was intentional. The pacing, tone, and imagery were designed to evoke empathy and hope, reinforcing the idea that access to healthcare changes lives.

The Solution
